The author of Life Periods has been studying Jyotish since 1992. His research grew out of the events people shared in consultations.

From consultations to an archive.
Ignus began studying Jyotish in 1992 and went on to offer consultations and teach courses in Croatia. In Life Periods, he gathered the events documented through that work into tables organized by the planetary periods at birth.
The book acknowledges the students and consultation clients whose charts and experiences contributed to the research. It also explains that the work is ongoing, with missing combinations to be filled as further events are recorded.
